SKY LOUNGE

Our firm has been asked to be involved in some unique and interesting projects over the years and we have entertained many unusual requests. Helping a homeowner replicate the interior of his luxury yacht in his high rise penthouse condo was a first. While we have done projects for many of our clients living in condos, none were quite to this level of extravagance. The 5,000 square foot ultra-luxury condo spans across 2 levels and includes a sky lounge that can be easily converted into a media room at the touch of a button. Our team worked closely with the architect to conceal all electronics including speakers, two projectors with drop-down screens, thermostats, roller shades and drapery tracks. The homeowners frequently entertain and enjoy music and dancing. We incorporated color changing LED lights that sequence with the music.
