DG RANCH

Located one hour north of Dallas, DG Ranch encompasses 1,200 acres and includes an equestrian center and a 17,000 square foot surprisingly upscale contemporary ranch house. Our team was tasked with outfitting the estate with the latest in home technology while keeping the control simple for their many guests. The one story ranch house includes floor to ceiling windows with almost every room looking out over water. Our firm installed over 70 automated roller shades that offer both privacy and protection from the intense glare off of the water. The home includes a touch panel in each bedroom and entertaining space offering control of the home’s lighting, shades and audiovisual system.
