THE MUSIC BOX

The modern-day Music Box sits on a 2-acre property on the east side of Lake Austin. The main house is comprised of four bedrooms, seven full baths and a two bedroom, two bath guest home. There is also a boat house and a six-car garage. Our team worked collaboratively with the builder, architect, interior designer and homeowner on the integration of every control system inside the home, including audio/video, lighting, window treatments, HVAC, security, theater and wireless network. Our collaboration continued outside of the main home in order to integrate gates, garage doors, surveillance (including a license plate camera), pool / spa and a water canon that shoots across the lake at passing boats.
